Key ResponsibilitiesExam Supervision & Compliance
- Prevent unauthorized intrusion and impersonation during exams.
- Ensure that only authorized exam personnel enter the exam lab after verifying their IDproof and relevant documents.
- Report technical issues immediately to ensure a seamless exam experience.
- Adhere strictly to all exam guidelines and protocols for successful end-to-end delivery.UFM Prevention & Security Measures
- Ensure strict compliance with exam security measures to prevent any malpractices.
- Ensure no prohibited items are brought into the exam lab.
- Be watchful for suspicious behavior and immediately report any cheating, impersonation,or misconduct.
- Assist in lodging complaints with law enforcement agencies for serious UFM violations.
- Ensure that no exam lab is left unattended at any time.Operational & Administrative Support
- Report to the exam center 2 hours 30 minutes before the exam start time.
- Carry an original valid government ID proof and employer ID card at all times.
- Register with the help of RDEs, receive lab allocation, and follow system-basedassignments.
- Oversee registration desk operations, ensuring uniform queue management anddocument verification.
- Ensure proper distribution and collection of exam materials, including rough sheets andCommission Copies.
- Document all incidents, including technical issues and security breaches, and reportthem at the end of the shift.Eligibility Criteria (Pre-requisites)
- Must be 32 years or older.
- Graduate from a Government/ Government-recognized University or Board.
- Preferably Graduates, Ex-bankers, Teachers, or Ex-servicemen.
- Certain exams may require specific qualifications (e.g., mandatory requirement forTeachers/Ex-Teachers).
- Must be well-groomed and well-behaved to maintain professional standards.
- Background verification check (BGC) is mandatory before deployment, with periodicrenewals.
- Trained on UFM identification and exam monitoring protocols.
- Certifications are required for all ELS before deployment.Governance & Compliance
- Service providers must follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complywith Do’s and Don’ts.
- Regular performance monitoring, including audit checks and corrective actionimplementation
- Compliance with all statutory laws and legal obligations.
- Structured governance mechanism to ensure service quality and delivery.
- Regular performance reviews and contingency planning to handle urgentrequirements
- Defined escalation matrix to address concerns efficiently
- Penalties for service deficiencies or breaches of protocol.Exam Day Duties
- Service provider to plan ELS deployment based on customer instructions and provide alist of assigned ELS at least 7 days before the exam.
- Ensure ELS availability and deployment before the exam starts, including provisions foremergencies.
- Follow all security and compliance measures, including:
○ Depositing mobile phones in a secure area before the exam.

○ Cooperating with security personnel for frisking at entry points

○ Supervising document verification at the registration desk.

○ Monitoring ELIs and RDEs to ensure they do not carry prohibited items into the exam lab.

○ Responding to technical issues and ensuring their immediate resolution.

○ Ensuring exam rooms are never left unattended.

○ Documenting and reporting any malpractices or incidents observed during theshift.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
