- The Business Mentor (BM) is a pivotal part-time position responsible for building and expanding the team of Corporate Associates (CAs). The BM works closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to ensure the recruitment and onboarding of talented individuals. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for team development.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the BDM to develop strategies for recruiting Corporate Associates (CAs).
- Provide initial guidance and support to newly recruited CAs.
- Maintain regular communication with the BDM to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.
- Track and report the performance of recruited CAs to ensure team productivity.
- Work towards achieving monthly recruitment targets.
- Act as a mentor to the team by addressing their concerns and motivating them to excel in their roles.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in team management, recruitment, or sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
