**Job Title: Waiter / Food & Beverage Service Associate**

**Reports To**: Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

**Job Summary**:
As a **Waiter**, you will be responsible for delivering excellent dining service to resort guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. You are expected to uphold the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve orders efficiently while following all service standards.
- Check in with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, or feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guest departure.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Assist in setting up the restaurant for service (mise en place).
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and resort SOPs.
- Support team members during busy hours and help maintain a smooth workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, resort, or fine dining setup preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Skills**
- Basic understanding of wine and beverage service.
- Hospitality training or diploma is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
