We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring each guest has an excellent start to their dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and bid them farewell with a smile.
- Manage reservations and efficiently seat guests in accordance with their preferences and table availability.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date seating chart.
- Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas.
- Assist with managing the waitlist during busy hours.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, approachable attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
