**We are Hiring RAC Technician (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician) for Nagpur Location**

Job role: RAC Technician

Education: ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related technical field.

Job location: Kamptee, Kanhan

**Salary**: 18,000 - 25,000

**Skills Required**:

- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as an RAC Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HVAC system operations and components.
- Understanding of electrical systems and mechanical principles related to HVAC.
- Certification in handling refrigerants (as per local regulations) preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems and related equipment (e.g., chillers, coolers, freezers, HVAC systems).
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and repair defective parts or components.
- Ensure systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.
- Handle refrigerants in compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and service reports.
- Respond to emergency calls and resolve system issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and company policies.
