Interior Designer

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Certification in Interior Design is a plus.
- Proven work experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box to create unique and innovative design solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with various professionals involved in the design and construction process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and ability to incorporate environmentally friendly elements into designs is a plus.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients to determine their design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Understand and interpret clients' design briefs, and develop design concepts that align with their vision and functional requirements.
- Create detailed and accurate floor plans, 3D renderings, and design presentations to communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories to create cohesive and visually appealing interior spaces.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that design specifications are met and projects are executed as per schedule and budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and furnishings for projects.
- Provide guidance and direction to junior designers and design assistants, and oversee their work to ensure design integrity and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques to incorporate fresh and creative ideas into projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing spaces, take measurements, and coordinate with contractors during the construction or renovation phase.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and design concepts, to clients for approval.
- Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, schedules, and drawings, for implementation by contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure that design projects comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Provide ongoing project support, including attending meetings, addressing client concerns, and resolving design-related issues.
- Maintain accurate project records, including documentation of design changes, approvals, and project progress.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop marketing materials and participate in client presentations and industry events.
- Uphold and promote the company's design standards, values, and brand image.

**Salary**: ₹12,494.84 - ₹50,578.29 per month
