JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Designation: Production Operator

Scope: This position will assist in Production operations.

Qualifications: Preferably 12th Science with ITI (In paint technology)

**Responsibilities**:
A. Learning

1. Learn basics of Powder Coating processing

2. Understand production processes

3. Weighment of Raw materials

4. Learn how to clean and operate powder mixer

5. Learn how to clean and operate extruder.

6. Learn how to operate grinding mill

7. Learn how to disassemble, clean and assemble grinding mill

B. Development Activities

1. Color development.

2. Ensure quality specifications are met.

3. Panels preparation for submission to customers.

4. Evaluation of raw materials.

5. Ensure all necessary records and properly maintained.

C. Quality

1. Assist production in trouble shooting.

2. Implement necessary corrective and preventive actions

3. Manage instruments and weighing balances

D. Systems

1. Maintain all Quality records and documents.

2. Ensure Batch Cards are prepared

E. Safety

1. Maintain and Ensure Zero Incident/ Accident.

2. Inculcate a Safe working Environment and attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
