Position:- Production Manager

Experience:- 8 to 10 years in Export House (Apparels/Wovens)

Salary:- As per candidate profile

Location:- Arsh Fashions - Vapi GIDC, Gujarat

Responsibilities:-

  1. Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production targets as per buyer required quality.

  2. Ensure 100% on-time Shipments & No claims.

  3. Attend PPM & suggest improvements for faster work completion using latest techniques/ technology.

  4. Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.

  5. Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.

  6. Manage all tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass and quality on-time shipment.

  7. Coordinate with all departments' right from fabric stage to dispatch of goods.

  8. Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.

  9. Setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory.

  10. Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.

  11. Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them…

  12. Appointing or interviewing all production staff as per requirement.

  13. Guide IE team for increasing production/ productivity.

  14. Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC

  15. Communicate with top management directly when need in any issues related with production.

  16. Any other task as the management may deem fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹90,000.00 per month
