**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using MS Excel to support business operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data management and reporting
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets to streamline data processing and analysis
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor data quality and integrity ensuring compliance with company standards
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Utilize Excel functions and formulas to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest Excel features and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and systems
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and formulas
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
- Show attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Display the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

**Certifications Required**
