- The Smart Mechanical Services is part of the Regional Sales and Service Business unit with aim of leveraging Siemens analytics to provide cloud based digital services to customer that will not only help reduce the maintenance and repair costs but also drive the digital transformation of facilities management.

Ensuring the financials related to RSS activities are monitored. Preparing and analysing various MIS reports to facilitate timely and appropriate action by RSS management and regions. Ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local GAAP requirements.
- Preparing key business MIS’s (GR/IR, GIT, Web cycle, ICB & ICC) & ensuring green dashboard report across all parameters by co-ordinating with regions/GBS.
- Preparation of monthly Under-recovery & SG&A report in window period & post finalisation to facilitate management making timely decisions.
- Circulating monthly forecast V/S Actual status of Orders, Revenue and Collections for the BU - Monitor & review monthly performance to optimize working capital requirements. Consolidating monthly collection plan and reporting the same to management/Central team on a timely manner.
- Management deck - Preparation of slide decks for reviews with regional management by compiling inputs from various stakeholders.
- Audits - Handling & supporting in all types of audits including Statutory, tax, ICFR, transfer pricing & GST etc. Handling queries & variances from internal & external auditors on timely basis.
- Ensuring quarterly brand royalty calculation & timely recovery/reimbursement.
- ICFR - Ensure all the ICFR related controls are reviewed and documented monthly. Support and provide timely documentation during Audits. Ensure compliance with Company policies and adherence to accounting guidelines.
- Insurance Coordination - Support regional BA colleagues in ensuring all projects are adequately covered with insurance during the executions.
- Preparation of UBC & Excess cost Analysis & review the same with regions.
