**YOUR ROLE**:
- One point of contact for Customer Service business and Domestic Segment within EA business for all MIS related activities.
Good knowledge about SFRG, Espirit reporting
Experience & ability to interact with the auditors & regional colleagues.
Confident in presenting numbers to Management.
Good MS office skills including presentation skills.
Develop and manage budgets and business plans for the business.
Proactively advise as well as troubleshoot and resolves abstract problems within departments and/or cross-functional areas related to segments.
Responsible for planning / forecasting / actual control cost center, budget and forecast.
Report monthly forecasts.
Coordinating with other internal functions if necessary
Other tasks or ad-hoc work as requested by the manager and business partners in the areas of FP&A, cost and price analysis.
