**Job Description for IT Support Personnel**:
**Job Title: IT Support Personnel**

**Job Summary**: As an IT professional you will be responsible for supervising and resolving all IT related requests within the Head Office, Branch and On-site Offices. These IT related requests shall be both for Hardware and Software support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Record Keeping of IT assets (machines allocated to employees, Hard Disks, pen drives etc.)

2. Record Keeping of IT related Information (All major Credentials related to employees, servers)

3. Resolving all hardware-related requests and coordinating with respective vendors for comparison quotes and finalisation.

4. Resolving all Software-related requests, and troubleshooting within the organization and on site.

5. Complete understanding and coordination of all servers with the management.

6. Computer, printer servicing and maintenance.

7. Configuring modem, IP address, Network Router, switches, mail ID’s on domain, MS Outlook, sharing printers, mapping softwares and drives.

9. Installation of wifi access points.

10. Regular record keeping of all department requests.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.

**Skillset Required**:

- Excellent communication
- Proficiency in using MS Office

**Experience: Min.**2 years of work experience in a similar work profile or any other equivalent experience.

**Employment Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
