**Job Title**: PRT Science Teacher (Environmental Science Focus)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Science** with a primary focus on **Environmental Science** to students in Primary Grades, ensuring alignment with **Birla’s Integrated Curriculum.**:

- Design and deliver lesson plans that promote environmental awareness, scientific thinking, and a hands-on approach to learning.
- Integrate concepts of sustainability, ecology, and environmental responsibility into the curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Encourage inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Organize activities, events, and projects to celebrate environmental milestones and promote eco-friendly practices within the school.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and align teaching practices with school goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Education (B.Ed.) with specialization or certification in Environmental Science (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of teaching experience in Primary Grades, focusing on science education.
- Familiarity with **Birla’s Integrated Curriculum** or similar pedagogical frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Creativity and a passion for teaching, with the ability to inspire young learners to appreciate the importance of science and environmental stewardship.

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
