This role involves preparing delicious meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, with a specialty in South Indian cuisine.
- Develop new recipes and menus that reflect diverse culinary traditions.
- Ensure food presentation and quality meets university standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and participate in training and development.
- Adapt menus based on seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.
- Assist in catering for special events and university functions as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
