**Position Overview**: As a Founder Associate focusing on Operations, you will work directly with the founders, acting as a right-hand partner to provide leverage and support across various operational aspects of the company. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives and daily operations, contributing significantly to TailsMart's growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Support**: Oversee and enhance daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
- **Project Management**: Lead and coordinate high-priority projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with founders to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence.
- **Market Research**: Conduct comprehensive research to inform business decisions, including pricing analysis and competitive landscape assessments.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, vendors, and customers.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance productivity and scalability.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive execution of company initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of adaptability and resourcefulness.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
