CNC Setter/operator/programmer

Core Responsibilities
- **Machine Setup**: Calibrate and prepare CNC machines for operation according to job requirements and established parameters.
- **Programming**: Enter instructions or program the CNC machine to cut, shape, or finish materials precisely.
- **Operation**: Monitor the machine's operation, loading raw materials and unloading finished parts while making necessary adjustments.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect machined parts using specialized instruments to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Maintenance**: Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance tasks on the machinery to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Study technical drawings, blueprints, and production plans to understand part design and dimensions.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and proper handling techniques for materials and machinery.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- **Technical Knowledge**: A strong understanding of CNC machine mechanics, software, and hardware.
- **Attention to Detail**: The ability to work with precision and focus on intricate details for quality production.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Familiarity with machining processes like drilling, cutting, and shaping materials.
- **Problem-Solving**: The capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during machine operation.
- **Basic Math Skills**: Proficiency in geometry and calculations to ensure precise dimensions and measurements.
