**About the team**
This role is a part of our **CPRS (**Complete Payment Recovery Services) team,** it helps businesses recover debts by utilizing collaborative management platforms, proven strategies and a workforce that is thoroughly trained in governance, regulatory compliance and customer service. CPRS enables companies to control operational costs, leverage collections expertise and minimize compliance exposures, all while maintaining brand image and customer loyalty.
**What you bring**:
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Tech Support roles.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow written documentation
- Ability to assist in writing or updating documentation
**What you will be doing**:
- Key tasks
- Quarterly Data Purges
- User ID Management
- Access Request Approvals
- Quarterly Access Reviews
- Review Changes to User IDs (audit)
- Job Schedule Entry Changes (audit)
- Post-IPL validations
- Annual Audits
