**About Us**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. As a Google Ads Executive, you will be responsible for creating, managing, optimizing,and analyzing Google Ads campaigns to drive relevant traffic, generate leads, and maximize conversions for our clients' businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute Google Ads strategies aligned with client goals.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing terms.
- Create compelling ad copies to boost engagement and conversions.
- Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping platforms.
- Allocate and monitor budgets to maximize ROI.
- Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages for optimization.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Set up and track conversions to measure campaign success.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Deliver regular performance reports to clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of Google Ads experience in the Digital Marketing Agency
- Proven ability to manage campaigns across all Google Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Google Ads certification is good to have.
