**Job Title**: Delivery Helper

**Job Summary**:
The Delivery Helper assists the driver in loading, unloading, and delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. The role involves ensuring that the items are delivered in good condition, verifying the contents, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Loading and Unloading**:

- Help load items onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring they are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Unload deliveries at customer locations, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- **Delivery Assistance**:

- Accompany the driver to customer locations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Deliver goods to the correct address and assist with setting up or organizing the products if required.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service by being polite, helpful, and professional.
- Answer basic customer questions related to delivery timelines, product details, or issues.
- **Route Assistance**:

- Help plan the most efficient route for deliveries to ensure timely completion of the day's work.
- Navigate with the driver, assisting with directions if needed.
- **Verification and Documentation**:

- Verify delivery details, ensuring that all items are accounted for and match the delivery order.
- Obtain customer signatures and collect any required payments or documents.
- **Maintain Vehicle and Equipment**:

- Help ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working order.
- Assist with the proper storage and maintenance of delivery equipment (e.g., dollies, hand trucks, straps).
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety regulations and procedures for loading, unloading, and driving.
- Ensure that items are safely secured in the vehicle during transit.
- **Assist with Inventory Control**:

- Help monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking or reporting low stock.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or delivery issues to the appropriate supervisor.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift heavy items (often up to 30 pounds) and be on your feet for extended periods.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor when interacting with customers.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to check delivery items and ensure accuracy.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with drivers and other team members.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time efficiently and adhere to delivery schedules.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal communication skills for interaction with the driver and customers.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.

**Education and Experience**:

- plus Two
- 1 Year experience in wholesales and warehouse in FMCG( food) warehouse.
- monthly 3 days leave.
