Media Helper

We are seeking a talented and creative Media Helper to join our boutique team. As a Media Helper, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality videos for our brand's social media platforms. You will also take on the editing of footage to produce engaging, visually appealing content that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our audience. Your role will require a keen eye for detail, creativity in content creation, and the ability to work independently while ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.

Edit and produce videos with professional post-production techniques to ensure engaging and polished content.

Conceptualize creative video ideas aligned with brand strategy and target audience.

Collaborate with the media teams to plan content themes and video style.

Create visually captivating video stories that engage and entertain the audience.

Manage video production processes from planning to shooting to editing and final delivery.

Keep up-to-date with the latest video trends and techniques, especially for social media.

Ensure all video content reflects the boutique's brand image, voice, and messaging.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio showcasing your video work, including social media videos.

Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Creative mindset and ability to develop fresh, innovative video concepts.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and what content performs well.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Ability to handle multiple projects with varying timelines and priorities.

A passion for fashion, lifestyle, or boutique industries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in content creation for Instagram, YouTube or other social media platforms.

Proficiency in motion graphics or animation (preferred but not required).
