**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Procurement Specialist** to manage the sourcing and procurement of materials, components, and suppliers for new torque and tensioner tools, Ferrous / Non-ferrous machining, Rubber Plants. This role will focus on securing high-quality materials, optimizing supply chains, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies to support the development and launch of new products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source materials, components, and suppliers for new torque and tensioner products, Ferrous / Non-ferrous machining, Rubber Plants.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure material specifications align with design requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage the procurement lifecycle from supplier selection through to delivery and integration into production.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality guidelines.
- Maintain a database of approved suppliers and products, and ensure cost efficiency in sourcing.
- Product / Component development for Ferrous / Non-ferrous machining, surface coating, Rubber Plants.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the industrial tools or mechanical products sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of materials, suppliers, and procurement processes for mechanical tools or equipment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in procurement for precision mechanical products (e.g., torque tools, tensioners).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software (SAP).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per month
