Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and early childhood development standards.
- Incorporate a variety of learning techniques, including play-based learning, sensory activities, storytelling, music, and interactive games.
- Foster the development of language, motor skills, creativity, and emotional intelligence through hands-on, engaging activities.
- Adjust lesson plans to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students in the classroom.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a warm, safe, and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to explore, learn, and interact with peers.
- Implement positive behavior management strategies to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
- Establish and maintain clear classroom routines to provide structure while fostering independence in children.
- Encourage self-help skills, such as feeding, dressing, and toileting, and promote socialization and sharing.
- **Child Development and Emotional Support**:

- Observe and assess each child’s developmental milestones and address individual needs in terms of learning, behavior, and emotional well-being.
- Provide a nurturing and caring environment where children feel valued and secure.
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and emotional regulation.
- Provide emotional support to children, addressing any fears, insecurities, or concerns that may arise.
- **Engagement with Parents and Guardians**:

- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding the child’s development, progress, and any challenges.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to provide feedback on the child’s behavior, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Offer suggestions to parents for extending learning at home and addressing any concerns they may have about their child’s growth.
- **Assessment and Record-Keeping**:

- Regularly assess and document children’s progress in areas such as language development, motor skills, cognitive abilities, and social interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of children’s academic and behavioral progress, providing feedback to parents and school management.
- Prepare reports on children’s progress for school evaluations and parent meetings.
- **Health, Safety, and Hygiene**:

- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed, including maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free classroom.
- Promote and teach hygiene practices such as hand-washing, proper eating habits, and cleanliness.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and immediately report any accidents or injuries to the appropriate authorities.
- **Co-Curricular and Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in school events, festivals, and cultural activities to support children’s social and emotional growth.
- Encourage children to participate in outdoor activities and physical play to promote motor skill development.
- Create opportunities for creative expression through arts, crafts, music, and drama.
- **Professional Development**:

- Continuously engage in professional development to enhance teaching skills, stay updated on early childhood education trends, and improve classroom practices.
- Attend workshops, training programs, and conferences related to child development and early childhood education.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Latur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
