**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Planning and Implementing Lessons**:

- Develop fun and engaging activities to foster children's curiosity and learning.
- **Child Development**:

- Assess and monitor children's developmental progress, including cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.
- Provide personalized attention to students who may require additional support.
- **Creating a Positive Learning Environment**:

- Set up and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Use a variety of teaching methods (e.g., songs, games, play, and hands-on activities) to keep students engaged.
- **Behavior Management**:

- Establish and reinforce classroom rules and expectations for behavior.
- Use positive discipline strategies to maintain a harmonious classroom.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents about their child’s progress, challenges, and successes.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and contribute to creating a supportive home-school partnership.
- **Facilitating Social Skills Development**:

- Encourage positive interaction among students, teaching them to share, collaborate, and resolve conflicts.
- Foster a sense of independence and self-confidence.
- **Supporting Emotional Well-Being**:

- Provide emotional support for children as they navigate early social situations and develop coping mechanisms.
- Create a nurturing and empathetic classroom atmosphere.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain records of students' attendance, progress, and behavior.
- Prepare reports for parents and school administrators as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
