**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan, execute, and manage high-performance Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure goals (e.g., ROAS, conversions, CPL) are met.
Conduct audience research to identify the right targeting and segmentation strategies.
Write compelling ad copy, and collaborate with the creative team to develop eye-catching visuals.
Track and report on KPIs, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies based on data.
Stay updated on Meta's algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry trends.
Budget management and optimization to ensure the most efficient use of funds.
Perform A/B testing to evaluate and improve ad performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
