As a Client Onboarding Expert cum Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating new clients into our organization while also playing a vital role in driving business growth through effective client acquisition strategies. You will be at the forefront of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent service and support throughout the onboarding process and beyond. Additionally, you will leverage your market knowledge and expertise in proposal writing, contract preparation, and legal considerations to ensure smooth transitions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Client Onboarding**:
- Conduct pre-onboarding calls with clients to gather requirements, and set expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client onboarding activities efficiently.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and legal notes, are prepared accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide ongoing client support during the onboarding process, promptly addressing any issues or inquiries.
**2. Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to potential clients' specific needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify areas for business expansion and improvement.
**3. Market Strategy**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies to penetrate target markets and maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize market insights to refine product/service offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and sales targets.
**4. Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client feedback, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Regularly review client satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience and loyalty.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in client onboarding, business development, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of proposal writing, contract preparation, and legal considerations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and client management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
