- Monitor Tableau Server infrastructure and resource utilization (processor, memory, disk) or Tableau Bridge pool availability and activity.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and monitoring tasks.
- Analyze performance metrics and create dashboards to visualize data health.
- Monitor client software installation including versions and database drivers, including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Reader, and Tableau Bridge.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to troubleshoot and resolve data extract issues.
- Implement best practices for production monitoring, including alerting and incident management.
- Conduct root cause analysis on production incidents and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Document processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Tableau CMT, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud and Python.
- Knowledge of Tableau Pulse, Tableau Agent, Snowflake, SQL, and Airflow is desirable.
- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Eager to learn and share knowledge.

**Primary Skill**:

- Proven experience with Tableau CMT, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud and Python

**Secondary Skill**:

- Knowledge of Tableau Pulse, Tableau Agent, Snowflake, SQL, and Airflow is desirable.
- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
