**Target Test Prep (TTP) is looking for an organized data driven professional to join our growing team as a Marketing Data Coordinator. **The role is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders within the business to help organize data and insights into accessible formats. Work closely with the marketing director and COO to collect and report on organizational workflow and activities. Develop clear and consistent reporting which will be utilized across teams to organize priorities and develop new strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the team’s time-management point of contact, organizing projects and deliverables for key stakeholders, fielding and assigning requests, managing deadlines, and delivering final products
- Troubleshoot production and timing issues by working closely with leadership and team to define timelines and production capabilities
- Ensure that all marketing and creative requests within the TTP workflow move efficiently between the brand/creative, product, and marketing teams
- Manage the lifecycle of all in-house and vendor projects by assigning tasks and checking the status of outstanding tasks to keep things on deadline while handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress, and ensuring a quality result on time and within budget
- Meet with internal stakeholders to learn about the status of existing projects and details about new upcoming projects
- Work with various teams across TTP to organize data and reporting efforts
- Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their
- Gather data and create weekly workflow reports for leadership to communicate any possible issues effectively

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience at either an agency or with a startup within a project management and data coordination role
- Understanding of social platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Understanding and working knowledge of various project management tools
- Strong prioritization and organization skills to schedule, monitor, recommend, adjust deadlines and resources as needed.
- Experience developing social media graphics preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using social media management solutions preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
