**Position Title - MIS Executive**

**Location - Ranu Tech Park**

**Salary Range - 04 LPA**

**Education - Any Graduate or relevant qualification**

**Experience - 2 - 3 Year**

**Responsibilities - Develop and analyse systems that are to be used by the employees and the managers of the company**
- Develop strategies that are to be used in implementation of software and hardware systems in the organization
- Provide support and look after the maintenance of running MIS systems across all the respective departments and make sure that all are functioning properly
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as and when needed.
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide necessary assistance to respective team member who involved in implementation and maintenance of the data management systems
- **Essential Skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills**:

- Can do complex calculations more efficiently, using various excel functions (i.e. V-lookups & automations, Pivot tables, charts & graphs, data validations, what-if analysis etc.)
- Organize and analyse large volume of data
- Can create excel base program to create MIS reports with the help of Visual basics and macros
- Develop live dashboards using Power BI
- Consolidate and manage data from multiple source
- Must have good communication skill to build relationships with employees in order to maintain transparency of information

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
