We are looking for **RACW (Refrigeration, Air Conditioner and Washing Machine) Trainers for Delhi-NCR location**.

**Primary Responsibilities of a RACW Trainer**:

- Basic Electrical and Electronics
- Assembly and Disassembly of Products like (a) Split & Window ACs (b) DC and FF refrigerators (c) Semi & Fully Automatic Washing Machines
- Installation, Demo and Preventive Maintenance of all above-mentioned products
- Various Accessories used with these products and consumables required for these products

The trainer must also be able to:

- Conduct online / offline training sessions, hands on practical tests for these products and should be able to conduct internal assessments

**Additional Responsibilities of a Trainer**:

- Develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace
- Communicate to the Students about training objectives
- Review training content & upgrade the content on a timely basis
- Motivate the students for placement
- Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework
- Conduct various activities during training to maintain interest of students
- Monitor Class Attendance
- Ensure proper MIS reports to H.O.D.
- Ensure students are trained on soft skills such as Interpersonal Skills, Basic Communication Skills and Behavioural Skills
