- Checking of all lights, all Camera, & all Ceiling Fan Status
- Checking of all wall Fan, all refrigerator Submersible pum & All Kind of ACs
- Duct AC and Deep Freezer.
- Checking of a Sump pump, water motor, and Sensor, sensor indicator
- Checking of All WC, Wash Basin, Tap, Health Faucet, Urinal pots of water leakage and Status
- Checking of all pedestal Fans and exhaust fans, Air Washer status
- Checking of Air Scrubber, Generator, all UV RO, all Water Cooler status, all UPS and Inverter Status
- Checking of all Fire Extinguisher Status
- Data management of Inventory of Maintenance spare parts and Tools

Skills Required
- Must t have electricity-related issue knowledge
- Must have water-related issue knowledge.
- Must be educated to guide and repair (All Kind of Fridge & AC Working)
- Guide Cleaning of gas pipeline for the kitchen (Maintenance).

Educational Qualifications:
Must have ITI Degree Diploma in Electrical and Maintenance Or B.tech in electrical

Exp. Minimum 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
