**Job description**

**Job Title**:Overseas Counseling and Test Preparation Advisor

**Location**:Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Are you passionate about guiding students in their pursuit of overseas education and test preparation for GRE, GMAT, SAT, and IELTS? We are looking for an experienced Overseas Counseling and Test Preparation Advisor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Overseas Counseling**:a minimum of 2 years of sales experience to provide expert guidance to students pursuing overseas education.

3. **Program Counseling**: Counsel students on the diverse academic programs, test preparation options, and potential career paths available to them.

4. **Academic and Career Goal Development**: Assist students in defining and developing their academic and career goals.

5. **Admission Guidance**: Guide students through the admission process for various academic programs, ensuring they meet all requirements. (preferred)

6. **Scholarship and Financial Aid**: Provide comprehensive information on scholarships, financial aid, and resources accessible to students.

7. **Doubt-Solving Sessions**: Organize regular doubt-solving sessions for students, both in person and online, to address their academic concerns.

8. **Course Completion**: Support students in completing their test preparation courses and maintain progress reports.

9. **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by regularly checking in with students and collecting value-added testimonials throughout their journey.

**Qualifications**:
1. A minimum of 2 years of overseas sales and counseling experience.

2. Strong knowledge of test preparation for GRE, GMAT, SAT, and IELTS.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Strong interpersonal sales and counseling skills.

5. Good knowledge of academic programs and admission processes.

6. Familiarity with scholarships and financial aid options.

7. Proficiency in conducting online and in-person client sessions.

8. Commitment to achieving high customer satisfaction.
