**Job Title**: Quality Control (QC) Executive

**Location**: Dairyland Parlour - Talasari, Varwada, Nariman Nagar
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month
**Reporting to**: Quality Manager / Plant Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily quality checks on milk, curd, ghee, paneer, and other dairy products
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, packaging zone, and storage units
- Perform tests for acidity, fat content, SNF, microbial load, and other quality parameters
- Maintain proper documentation and records of quality checks and test results
- Inspect raw materials and packaging materials for compliance before usage
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI guidelines and company food safety protocols
- Coordinate with the production team for corrective actions in case of quality issues
- Assist in implementing and maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP standards
- Train production and handling staff on quality and hygiene standards
- Participate in internal and external audits when required

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a QC role in the dairy or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment and quality testing procedures
- Familiarity with FSSAI regulations and documentation practices
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in shifts
