Immediate Hiring for Sales Executive for Navi Mumbai Ghansoli Location.

Experience

1. 2-3 years sales experience in civil engineering sector, preferably in highway sector. 2. Experience in Cold calling, identifying key stakeholders, setting an appointment, meeting stakeholders, opportunity qualification, and handling sales process with minimum supervision.

3. Basic understanding about pavement and its survey technologies such as NSV, FWD, Retro refloctometer etc.

4. Sales experience with NHAI, MoRTH, and highway consultants will be preferred.

Education
- 1. BE/B Tech Civil

2. Diploma in Civil Engineering

Deliverables
- 1. Keep a tab on target accounts, and industry.

2. Maintain 10x funnel, with against the quarterly numbers.

3. Maintane prospect information, including but not limited to all stakeholders within account, their role in decision making, timeline and driving factor for purchase, funds availability etc.

4. Plan and meet prospects. Involve pan India extensive travel. Coordinate and align demonstration/ management meeting whenever required.

5. Handle sales process, billing, payment collection with minimum supervision.

6. Account management and oversee order execution, intervine whenever required.
