**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Solution Design & Architecture: Define Siebel system architecture, data models, and performance optimization strategies. Lead the design of Siebel Loyalty, Sales, and Service implementations.
- Technical Leadership: Guide developers on Siebel best practices, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Define standards for Siebel configuration, scripting, and integrations.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Interact with senior leaders to understand business goals and align technical solutions. Lead key milestone activities like Design Workshops, SIT, UAT, and Cutover.
- Mentoring & Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and consultants. Oversee Siebel implementation teams, ensuring project success.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 8-12 years of experience in Siebel CRM solution design and architecture.
- Deep understanding of Siebel Architecture, Data Model, and Performance Optimization.
- Strong experience with Siebel Workflows, Business Services, eScript, and External Components.
- Expertise in Siebel Loyalty, Sales, and Service modules.
- Proven track record in Siebel Web Services, Oracle PL/SQL, and ETL design.
- Ability to lead teams, interact with senior stakeholders, and drive solution implementation.
- Experience in Siebel CRM for Cruise, Travel, or Hospitality industries (preferred).
