Tech lead with Senior Siebel competence to drive and deliver as part as Salesdrive CRM stable team.

There is a need for senior resource to overlook quality of deliverable, ensure best practice as well as North Start architecture alignment, and delivery both runtime and one time items as per business priorities.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Your main activities and responsibilities**:

- Lead Siebel technical team for high quality deliverables
Working closely to the development team as well as Solution leader to plan, execute and follow both one-time and run-time deliveries
Support Delivery Manager and team to perform industry benchmarks and work with IT architect to address technical debts and adopt modern technologies
- Be accountable for meeting SLA’s and KPI’s set by Delivery Manager and business stakeholders- and business team as well as with external suppliers
- Initiate and encourage competence development activities for the team members in cooperation with the Delivery Manager
Perform design and code reviews and support in planning and estimations

**Experience & Technical competencies**
- Relevant university degree in IT
- 10+ years of work experience in Siebel technology
- Hands on Experience in Siebel Configuration, Siebel EAI and Siebel Open UI
- Extensive experience in IP19 and above versions
- Relevant work experience/Good understanding in ETL and Reporting tool is preferrable
- Strong understanding of Siebel software architecture and programming principles required
- Previous experience as delivery leader, or service/run-time manager
- Having a good working experience in the Siebel platform to secure a best-in-class solutions to our business stakeholders and its’ users
- Proficient knowledge in agile development process and agile coaching will be an asset
- Hands on experience with production environments
- Excellent communication skills & Fluent in English
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- ‘Can-do ‘and servant leader attitude
- Experience in CRM area & Sales processes is a plus

**Job Description - CI support Application support**:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in enterprise functional L2 support.
- Proficient in CI/CD & DevOps tools.
Interfaced with global clients to analyze requirements.
Tracking tools: BMC Remedy tool, JIRA, Service Now
- Databases: Oracle, DB2 (SQL basics)
- Testing: Manual functional testing

**Basic Unix competency.**
- Unix operating system.
- Permissions
- File structure
- Unix terminal
- Flavors of UNIX.
- Basic UNIX commands to copy, move, delete.
- Process identification.
- Install packages / uninstall.

**Job Scheduling.**

2. Client / server architecture.

Basic trouble shooting of end user issues.

How the clients access these servers.
