Zuru Tech is redefining construction, under the belief that the future of housing is about robotizing the edification of buildings. Today Zuru Tech is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the goal of worldwide full digital housing construction.

We are developing a Structural Analysis Software and BIM (Building Information Modelling) Application which will simulate and design buildings to withstand different categories of loads, and we have no shortage of interesting challenges that require innovative solutions and strong leadership to accomplish.

We are looking for talented, creative, and driven structural engineers with a proven track record in solving difficult technical problems and able to explain these complex issues to non-technical people.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering from an Institution of repute and / or proven track record.
- 7+ years of experience in structural analysis and design, especially for building structures.
- Experience in preparation of structural analysis and design reports for international projects.
- Hands on experience of using commonly used structural analysis software solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with structural analysis and design team to gather the quantities to be reported.
- Prepare a robust and flexible report format for a state-of-the-art structural analysis and design software so that the report can be submitted to authorities for required approval.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Software Development team to prepare the report format.
- Validate the report format proposed with report formats from benchmarking software and/or acceptable report formats for building departments of different countries.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Background knowledge of commonly used structural analysis and design software solutions.
- Thorough knowledge of American / European / Australian / New Zealand loading/design codes.
- Experience of preparation of structural report for building authorities of different countries.
