**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads provided to promote the mobile app.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of the app to potential users.
- Convince users to download, sign up, or take the desired action on the app.
- Maintain call logs, update customer information, and record feedback.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
- Handle objections and follow up on interested leads.
- Report performance metrics and suggest improvements to calling scripts if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Confident and polite telephone manner with strong persuasive skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and smartphone usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/BPO/sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM or call logging software is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
