**Position Summary**:
The Fit‑Out Draftsman is responsible for producing precise technical drawings, layouts, and details required for fit-out projects. The role involves translating design concepts and specifications into working drawings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with design standards, client requirements, and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **detailed BIM drawings**, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details, using CAD and other drafting software.
- Develop **detailed shop drawings**, as-built drawings, and coordinate drawings required for site execution.
- Maintain and update drawings throughout the design, review, and construction phases.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers to understand design intent and requirements.
- Incorporate feedback from design and site teams and revise drawings accordingly.
- Ensure drawings adhere to applicable **building codes**, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain an organized library of drawings and documents for easy access and review.
- Participate in site visits when required to verify site conditions and coordinate drawings with actual site constraints.
- Prepare quantity take-off from drawings for procurement and cost estimation.
- Assist in resolving design or site-related drawing issues in consultation with the project team.
- Maintain strong quality control and attention to detail throughout the drafting process.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5**-10 years** of experience as a Draftsman specializing in fit‑out works within the architectural or engineering sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, and other relevant drafting/design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, fit‑out drawings, joinery details, and construction methods.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong attention to detail, team player, time management, and ability to work under pressure.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Understanding of relevant **building codes**, standards, and regulations.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities with design, site, and engineering teams.
- Willingness to adapt to site and project requirements and work within tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
