Reports to: Senior Architect/Project Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drafting and Drawing**:

- Prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software.
- Update and modify existing drawings as per client or project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant building codes and standards.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design intent.
- Assist in the coordination of drawings with other disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, and structural teams.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawing sets, revisions, and related technical documents.
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities and material lists based on the drawings.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Identify and resolve design issues in collaboration with the project team.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a draughtsperson in an architectural, engineering, or construction environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD software.

**Skills**:

- Strong technical drawing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Residential, commercial and industrial projects
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software and BIM processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
