**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement an innovative fundraising strategy aligned with Company's mission, goals, and values.
- Identify and analyze fundraising trends to guide future planning and strategy.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising targets.
- Grant Writing and Proposal Development
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and other sources.
- Collaborate with program teams to understand project needs and align grant proposals accordingly.
- Donor Engagement and Relationship Building
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective and current donors, including individuals, corporate partners, foundations, and government agencies.
- Develop donor engagement strategies to retain and grow Company's donor base.
- Create and implement a donor communications plan, ensuring timely follow-ups, updates, and acknowledgments.
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events, both virtual and in-person, to drive revenue and build awareness.
- Develop partnerships with sponsors and event collaborators to maximize event impact.
- Ensure seamless logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.
- Financial Management and Reporting
- Track and report on fundraising progress, analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
- Manage the fundraising budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for company's leadership team, providing insights into fundraising performance and donor engagement.
- Marketing and Communications Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create fundraising-related content for Company's website, social media, newsletters, and other channels.
- Develop impact stories, case studies, and reports to showcase Company's achievements and drive donor interest.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Non-profit Management, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- experience in fundraising, grant writing, or donor management for non-profit organizations.
- Skills:

- Strong understanding of fundraising principles, donor relations, and grant writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in proposal and report writing.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Event planning and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, fundraising databases, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
