**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive to join our team as the Audit Documentation and Quality Assurance Executive. This role requires the executive to report directly to the Partner the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review audit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies, ensuring alignment with partner's standards and providing training to team members.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners firm-wide, facilitating communication and alignment on audit procedures and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain resource capacity plans, optimizing resource allocation to support efficient audit processes.

**Qualifications & Skill Set Expected**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required; Pursuing Chartered Accountancy or Cleared Intermediate Level of Chartered Accountancy or Pursuing CPA or Pusruing ACCA
- Understanding of auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and accounting principles. - Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate across teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
