**Job Summary**: The site supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They must coordinate with various stakeholders, including team and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all on-site activities.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers to schedule work and manage resources effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process, including delays, safety hazards, and quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety inspections.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all personnel adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
- Manage site logistics, including materials handling, equipment maintenance, and waste disposal.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including construction workers, laborer’s, and subcontractors.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and inspire on-site personnel.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required, depending on local regulations and project requirements.

**Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for this position. However, a degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field may be preferred or required for certain positions.

**Experience**: Previous experience in construction supervision or a related role is typically required, with at least 1- 3 years of experience preferred.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
