Store In-charge

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and recruitment.
- Ensure that all necessary safety measures are in place within the store premises.
- The Store Manager is responsible for identifying any safety hazards and taking timely action to mitigate risks, preventing workplace accidents or disasters.
- Assist HR personnel in implementing company policies and ensure staff compliance.
- Inform the HR department about any major conflicts among the workforce and provide necessary support in resolving these conflicts.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve major issues responsibly.
- Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers and maintain stock levels.

**Skills Needed**
- Leadership and management skills.
- Strong understanding of retail operations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions for revenue growth.

**Qualification**: Graduated in any Common Stream or Business Administration.

**Work Location(s)**: Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Vallioor, Kovilpatti, Ambasamdram and Rajapalayam

**Pay Scale**: Salary is reflective of managerial experience and educational qualification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
