- Do research in the appropriate field of specialization, by guiding UG/PG students.
- Publish quality research work in journals of repute.
- Take part in industry visits/ industry consultancy/ industrial tour.
- Assist in preparing documents for ISO/NBA/NAAC/NIRF ranking etc.
- A good team player - assisting various department/college activities.
**Qualifications**:
B.Sc. (Chemistry)
M.Sc. (Chemistry)
M.Phil. (Chemistry)
Ph.D. in the relevant field (mandatory)
**Required skill set**:
Good in fundamentals, and, passion for teaching and research work, besides being a good team player.
