**Job Overview**:
We are looking for individuals with a background in Finance and Accounting to work as Financial Data Annotators. In this role, you will help evaluate and test an AI model by generating finance-specific prompts and assessing the model's responses. You will work with highly confidential financial data and provide feedback to improve the model's ability to understand and respond accurately to finance-related queries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Review Financial Documents**:

- Analyze financial documents such as balance sheets, market trends, insolvency reports, sales reports, and stock trends to understand the context.
- **Generate Prompts**:

- Create relevant, finance-related prompts based on the provided financial context to test the AI model’s performance.
- Develop multi-turn conversation prompts when needed to capture more complex responses.
- **Evaluate Model Responses**:

- Assess the AI model’s responses by providing either a Thumbs Up (positive) or Thumbs Down (negative) based on accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
- Use pre-determined evaluation categories (e.g., accuracy, relevance, completeness) to justify your feedback.
- **Provide Feedback**:

- Select from a list of predefined reasons to explain your evaluation of the model’s response (e.g., clear response, factually incorrect, irrelevant).
- Use optional free-text feedback to give more detailed evaluations when necessary.
- **Ensure Data Integrity**:

- Follow strict guidelines to maintain the confidentiality and security of highly sensitive financial data.
- Ensure that all responses and feedback are Harmless, Honest, and Helpful (3H's standard).

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- **Professional Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience working with financial data, accounting documents, or financial analysis.
- Experience with analyzing and interpreting financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with market trends, stock performance, and company financials.
- Ability to clearly articulate and evaluate financial data.
- Attention to detail and precision in assessing responses.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Comfortable using data annotation tools and software.
- Basic knowledge of AI or machine learning concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Other**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity when handling confidential information.
