**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**:

- **Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns directly in client accounts.**:

- Manage Meta Ads campaigns to achieve client goals effectively.

**Client Collaboration**:

- **Work closely with high-budget clients to understand their advertising objectives and deliver exceptional results.**:

- Coordinate with smaller clients to manage campaigns within their budget while maximizing ROI.

**Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- **Track campaign performance across all accounts and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.**:

- Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights with clients and internal teams.

**Optimization & Strategy**:

- **Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.**:

- Perform A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, bids, and targeting strategies.

**Collaboration**:

- **Partner with creative teams to produce impactful ad designs and content.**:

- Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and client-specific strategies.

**Skill Requirement**:

- **Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably for high-budget accounts.**:

- Familiarity with Meta Ads campaign setup and management is a plus.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- **Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization.**:

- Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and ROI analysis.

**Soft Skills**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for client interactions.
