**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
Promote and sell our wedding photography packages to prospective clients.
Generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, online platforms, and collaboration with wedding venue managers.
Conduct site visits to wedding venues to build relationships with managers and identify opportunities for collaboration and lead generation.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to secure bookings.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable photography services.
Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Collaboration and Networking**:
Collaborate effectively with wedding venue managers to showcase our photography services and explore partnership opportunities.
Attend industry events, bridal shows, and networking events to expand professional network and promote our services.
Utilize social media and online platforms to engage with potential clients and promote our services.
**Administrative Tasks**:
Prepare contracts, proposals, and other necessary documentation for clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
Coordinate with the photography team to ensure seamless execution of services.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the wedding or photography industry.
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for photography and understanding of wedding industry trends.
Availability to travel to wedding locations for site visits and client meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
