**Job Overview**: As an Advertising/Marketing Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in developing creative copy for various marketing and advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the creative, design, and strategy teams to create copy that drives engagement, boosts brand awareness, and meets client objectives. If you have a passion for storytelling, a flair for writing, and a keen eye for detail, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with the creative team, designers, strategists, and clients to develop messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.**Concept Development**: Brainstorm, ideate, and contribute to creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with clients' brand voice and marketing strategies.**Content Strategy**: Assist in developing content strategies and writing copy that engages target audiences, drives conversions, and enhances the customer experience.**Proofreading and Editing**: Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, grammar, spelling, and consistency while adhering to client brand tone and style.**SEO and Digital Writing**: Write and optimize content for SEO, ensuring that it ranks well on search engines and is effective for digital marketing efforts.
- ** Campaign Optimization**: Monitor the performance of written content and recommend improvements based on analytics and client feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a copywriter in advertising, marketing, or related fields.- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly in digital media.- Ability to write for different formats and mediums, from advertisements to social media posts and long-form articles.- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)**:

- Experience with video scriptwriting, radio spots, and TV commercials.- Knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) for collaboration.- Previous experience in an agency environment is a plus.
- Spoken Hindi fluency is a plus.
