Expectations from an ESG Intern
- **Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth research on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Analyze ESG reports, sustainability disclosures, and benchmarking data.
- **Data Collection & Reporting**:

- Assist in gathering and organizing ESG-related data.
- Support the preparation of ESG reports, disclosures, and presentations.
- **Policy & Compliance Support**:

- Help review and align company policies with ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, Ecovadis, and CDP.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with sustainability regulations and reporting standards.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Support internal and external communication related to ESG initiatives.
- Assist in engaging with stakeholders, including suppliers, employees, and industry bodies.
- **Sustainability Initiatives**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of ESG projects.
- Assist in sustainability programs such as carbon footprint reduction, waste management, and energy efficiency initiatives.
- **ESG Metrics & Performance Tracking**:

- Help track and measure ESG performance indicators.
- Support in setting and monitoring ESG goals and targets.
- **Communication & Awareness**:

- Assist in preparing ESG-related content for reports, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Contribute to ESG awareness campaigns and training sessions.
- **Administrative & Coordination Support**:

- Help coordinate ESG meetings, workshops, and training programs.
- Assist in documentation and record-keeping of ESG activities.

One year internship

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
