**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor Upwork for new job postings in relevant categories.
- Write compelling and tailored proposals for projects that align with our company's expertise.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their project requirements.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing to secure work for our team.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and follow up with leads.
- Provide regular updates on bidding activities and project statuses to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and company capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Upwork's platform and bidding processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (US timezone).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech, Computer Applications (BCA), M.Tech, MCA, or similar field.
- Track record of successful project acquisition on Upwork or other freelancing platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
